Jeanette Tithof

Jeanette Tithof – CEO/Owner

Jeanette Tithof has been the owner of JMJ Personnel since 1997 has been an integral leader specializing in placing administrative, industrial, and professional candidates.
In 2004 – 2006, she had an opportunity to open a start-up office in downtown Chicago dedicating her recruiting strengths to assisting HR professionals find their next career opportunities; representing companies seeking HR talent at all levels, in all functional roles from HR Generalist to Sr. Human Resource Vice Presidents.

She’s built relationships and successfully placed candidates with top 100 and 500 companies throughout Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland area companies.

Jeanette knows that nothing happens by accident; she plans and executes with goals in mind. Her motivation and success comes from Faith, Drive, and Determination to create a business that is innovative, responsive and dedicated to adding value in all relationships.

Now in 2015, she leads with another chapter with the re-branding of her organization; “JMJ Talent Solutions & Staffing” expanding into Consulting and Direct- Hire searches.

Caitrin Clark, MBA, CSP - Direct Hire Division

Caitrin Clark, MBA, CSP – Director of Talent Acquisition

Caitrin Clark has her Bachelors in Business with a Masters in HR.  She has worked for JMJ Talent Solutions since 2012 with previous staffing industry experience prior to joining our team.  She has grown from a Branch Manager to our Director of Talent Acquisition working in a number of capacities within the organization. Caitrin has an adaptable understanding of the law pertaining to employee relations and can recognize and implement custom solutions for the client company she is serving.  Her laser focus and commitment to accuracy serve the industry well.  She has a passion for leading a full cycle recruiting team in addition to coaching, developing and bringing new ideas to the team. Caitrin has been an integral part of the JMJ team, bringing innovative solutions to JMJ along with a focus on customer retention and loyalty.

Melanie Qualls, HR Specialist

Melanie Qualls, CSP – HR & Employee Relations Manager

Melanie Qualls is the HR & Employee Relations Manager for JMJ. In her position, she is responsible for the development, enhancement and operational maintenance of key applications to ensure JMJ’s operations are compliant with employment law.

Melanie joined JMJ in August 2007 as a Front Desk Assistant and in 2008, was promoted to Lead Recruiter in our Portage office. In early 2011, Melanie accepted the Assistant Branch Manager role over our Michigan City office and after successfully growing JMJ’s newest office, promoted to Portage Branch Manager in 2012. In February 2015, she accepted the Branch Manager position in our Highland office and has held her most current role in HR since July 2016.

She has the ability to empower people and has proved successful in driving her team as well as profits by increasing hours in every branch managed.

Melanie is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds a CSP Certified Staffing Professional designation.

Bob Tithof

Bob Tithof – President

A commitment to achieving a higher standard for his customers and associates has been possible by building a team of goal orientated, educated and driven staff. This philosophy has always been the key to exceeding everyone’s expectations.

Moving into the staffing world after thirty years of executive management in the beverage world, Bob was able to use the experience in distribution, marketing, production, and fiscal knowledge to better understand the customers operations. Bob also learned the importance of Human Resource knowledge as regulations grew to an integral liability of most of today’s business.

Diane Hess

Diane Hess – VP of Client Relations

“Diane Hess started with JMJ Personnel 1998. She started as a placement specialist and has worked in every aspect of the business. Diane has 23 years’ experience in the Human Resource area and a Business Degree from Indiana University.

She has a comprehensive understanding of the staffing business. Her philosophy is “People are our business. We must be able to understand our clients’ needs and build strong business relationships with quality in service and responsiveness to a company’s needs.”

Melissa Kwiatkowski, HR Specialist

Melissa Kwiatkowski, CSP –
HR & Compliance Manager

Melissa joined JMJ Talent Solutions in 2016 as a recruiter in our Portage location where she quickly advanced to become the interim Branch Manager. After several months with the Portage team, she had the opportunity to be a part of the operations team in which she currently holds her newest position as HR & Compliance Manager.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Human Resources Management and also has her certification as a Certified Staffing Professional. She has been in the human resources field for over 5 years and has been able to bring her education and expertise to the JMJ team as she has been an integral piece of our successful organization.

Melissa is an active member of both national and local chapters of the Society for Human Resources Management along with a member of the American Staffing Association which allows her to continue with her education and being informed of all the utmost pertinent information for both her field and industry. She has an immense understanding of employment law, recruitment, and employee relations which has allowed her to provide insight to current processes and encourage new innovative ideas and ways of conducting business.  Melissa will continue to be devoted to ensuring that JMJ holds true to their core values and directing the company towards success for the future.
