When demand for a product is high (holiday projects, agricultural industry, etc.), JMJ can assist in supplementing employee shortages during those peak periods when adding internal staff can be costly. We will implement a staffing plan to assess and identify your needs to understand better what JMJ must do to accomplish both of our goals. An employment solution to fulfill high demands during overlapping periods.
