Why Work in a Warehouse

Warehouses provide endless opportunities for their workers. First, warehouses typically have multiple shifts. Not a morning person? Work second or third shift (typically beginning after 2:00 p.m.) and get a shift differential (more hourly pay). Or if you want to be home with the kids after school, try the first shift and get home by 2:00 p.m. Want a three-day weekend? Some warehouses offer 10-hour shifts, which means just four working days per week. Another benefit is location. There are warehouses across the region, which means you can find work that’s close to home.

When it comes to career growth, warehouses can’t be beaten. Because warehouses are so large, many different positions keep them running. Every worker has a supervisor, manager and senior manager. You’ll learn the skills and abilities you need to truly make a career for yourself.  And after you’ve proven yourself with your strong work ethic and dedication to details, you have an opportunity to be promoted into one of these higher-paying positions. Additionally, warehouses provide strong benefits, including health insurance and paid holidays. Send us a message to learn more about the warehouse positions we’re looking to fill!
